Latest release of monet, mokey add support for exporting data to Quantel generationQ

19 October 2006 - Imagineer Systems, the UK-based developer of innovative visual effects tools, announced today that its latest release of monet and mokey include support for exporting tracking data to Quantel generationQ via a new TrackImport plug-in.

“monet is the ultimate 2D tracking tool and the ability to export tracking data to other compositing packages has always been a key feature of the product,” says Imagineer CEO Allan Jaenicke. “We have a large number of Quantel users who have been requesting the ability to import monet tracking data into their generationQ products and now it is possible.”

The new Imagineer TrackImport plug-in for Quantel generationQ reads monet tracking data and converts it to a format understood by the Quantel generationQ system so that it can integrate with the Quantel QEffects toolset.

monet also supports export of tracking data to Autodesk Discreet Systems, Avid DS, eyeon Fusion, Autodesk Combustion, Adobe After Effects and Apple Shake.
